Who is the Electric Cowboy?
“HOWDY GUYS, ELECTRIC COWBOY CHECKING IN.
So, who is the Electric Cowboy?
Born from a mission to bring the spirit of the American West to the world, the Electric Cowboy is all about rediscovering the essence of the real cowboy—a figure grounded in grit, determination, loyalty, and a commitment to doing what’s right. To chase down that spirit, I launched Project Outlaw Tour, a 4,000-mile solo journey across the U.S. on a Super 73 electric E-Bike. Over three months, I retraced historic westward trails, traveling from New York to LA and diving into the heart of American culture along the way.
The journey took me through the Appalachian Mountains, down to Kentucky’s iconic bourbon distilleries, and into Nashville, the beating heart of country music. Somewhere outside Dallas, I was stranded at a cattle ranch after a flat tire. The rancher didn’t just help fix it—he reminded me of the cowboy values I was out there to find: hard work, loyalty, and a willingness to help a stranger in need.
When my bike and gear were stolen in Las Cruces, New Mexico, it was a local pensioner’s kindness that led me to reclaim what I’d lost. Sure, the bike was a little worse for wear, but that encounter showed me the generosity that still lives in people. After a few days in Phoenix for repairs, I was ready to roll with a lighter load, which made everything faster and let me explore beyond what I’d originally planned. I headed north to Arizona’s red rocks in Sedona, through Flagstaff, and eventually to the Grand Canyon, where I camped under the stars. Friends joined for the final leg into Los Angeles, following me in a Sprinter van with their own E-bikes, capturing the spirit of the journey and everything it represented.
This whole adventure was about more than the miles—it was about the people, their kindness, and the old-school values they carried. The cowboy spirit is alive and well in every person I met along the way. The Electric Cowboy isn’t just a brand; it’s a call to live with the grit, determination, and heart of a true cowboy and to bring that spirit forward for more people to discover and embody.
See y’all out there!
